As a Self-care Strategist, Trusted Advisor and Author, she is dedicated to helping women, women entrepreneurs and organizations to prioritize, develop and maintain healthy habits and essential self-care practices that are necessary for the well-being of others. She also uplifts, encourages and inspires the value of words spoken and the power behind affirmations.

 By having a bachelor’s degree in business management with emphasis in Human Resource Management, 13 years plus of retail customers service experience along with volunteerism, has allowed her to interact, listen with intentions and assist people with maintaining a healthy balance in life.
