Hello, I'm Sharon R. Lane—Self-Care Strategist, Author, Speaker, and Trusted Advisor.

Through Sharon Renee Writes, I empower women to navigate change with confidence, prioritize their well-being without guilt, and rediscover the strength, purpose, and value that already exist within them. Whether facing a career shift, an empty nest, caregiving responsibilities, personal loss, retirement, or simply the desire for a fresh start, I provide practical tools and thoughtful guidance to help women move forward with clarity and courage.

My passion for self-care extends beyond bubble baths and occasional moments of rest. I believe self-care is a lifestyle—a commitment to honoring your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being so that you can live, lead, and serve from a place of wholeness.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of facilitating self-care workshops, speaking at women's events, participating in panel discussions, and supporting women through coaching and consultation. These experiences have reinforced my belief that transformation begins when women give themselves permission to be seen, valued, and cared for.
